hello;) welcome to my little corner of the internet. I am glad you're here! my name is bailey and I am the creator behind exploration and espresso. there are three important things you need to know before we get started. number one; I love animals, especially dogs. I have a five-year-old black lab named paisley who is my best friend. literally. there is no better way to spend a saturday morning than cuddling with my baby. there's that. the second is I love cooking. cooking and baking is so therapeutic for me. getting creative in the kitchen is so much fun and leads to such tasty results.(most of the time) lastly, but possibly the most important, is that I LOVE coffee. my favorite liquid on earth. I am an iced coffee girl, but will drink hot coffee as long as it has pretty latte art on top. you gotta get it for the 'gram, right? In all seriousness, this blog has been a little dream of mine for a while. the idea of being a "blogger" and making blog posts always seemed so cliché to me. that was until I realized how diverse and different my blog could be. I want exploration and espresso to be a place where people can go to find inspiration, relatable content, and a guide to the local scene. you will most definitely find coffee posts and shop reviews on the regular. but you will also find meaningful inserts about different life topics, from college to mental health. as a south carolina native, you will also find reviews and articles on local spots.
